The building has a clear height of 55’ with insulated metal walls and conventional steel frame.

The plant contains 89,000 SF of manufacturing and 5,000 SF of office space on a site of 10.85 acres with 121 parking spaces. The building exterior is site-cast concrete panels with a metal expansion walls on two sides. The building is supported by a structural steel frame with a 40’ x 45’ bays with a clear height of 20’.

The distribution center has 320 parking spaces, 32 docks and was designed for future expansion.
