The building design also includes an entry trellis, breezeway, arcade and porch. Included in the scope of service is the design layout of the pool deck with the children’s zero entry wading pool, 6 lane 25 meter competition swimming pool, umbrella shower play pool and deck lounges.

TDG provided architectural and structural engineering design services through Samet Corporation for the two story, 78,588 sf NASCAR Winston Cup race shop facility in Welcome, North Carolina. The building exterior is constructed of insulated precast concrete panels with liberal amounts of glass for natural lighting. The entry lobby includes a display area for the team’s race cars and trophy cabinets for memorabilia. The race shop has all facilities for preparation of cars including a sheet metal shop, suspension shop, engine and transmission room, chassis fabrication area, paint shop with paint booths, and an internal car hauler garage. Corporate offices are located on the second floor with a separate fan tour gallery that overlooks the work
areas.

Founded in 1926, Sedgefield Country Club has established itself as one of the premier country clubs in the United States. It hosts the PGA Wyndham Championship each year and houses a historic architectural treasure with its Tudor style clubhouse building. Triad Design Group designed the 17,594 SF activities building at Sedgefield Country Club to complement that existing architectural style and to update the amenities for its club members. The building includes a fitness center, golf cart storage, kitchen and dining, and a multipurpose area for use by club members.

Construction phase management and field representation for the twenty three story hotel addition built above the existing five story tower base. Mark Davis was the project structural engineer of record while employed by others. Tower II added 440 rooms to the existing facility, increasing the total to over 1,000 rooms. The structure is a reinforced concrete frame with post-tensioned flat slab floors and precast concrete exterior facade. The triangular tower was built over an existing steel framed base structure and the hotel / conference center remained open throughout the duration of construction.

Architectural, interior design, structural, and civil engineering services for the University Village Apartments and Community Center. The site is recycled from an obsolete and inefficient 1950's vintage ranch style apartment complex. This new twelve building, 203 apartment, 600 bed student housing complex and community center is conveniently located within walking distance to the University of North Carolina at Greensboro campus. Apartment sizes are a mix of two, three, and four bedrooms with a private bath for every bedroom. Each apartment features an open floor plan with nine foot ceilings, spacious kitchen, dining, and living rooms, with access to a private patio / porch. Kitchens and baths include imported granite counter tops and stained wood cabinet fronts. All bedrooms are fitted with cable television and internet access. Exterior materials are a crafted combination of tumbled face brick and painted Hardiplank siding and trim. Triad Design Group also provided professional renderings and
3-D floor plans for marketing purposes.
