TDG was selected by ARCO Design Build to provide architectural and structural engineering services for the new 170,268 SF Blast Freeze and Distribution Center. The building has an office of approximately 4,100 SF, 16,500 SF (-20°) quick freeze chambers, a 77,000 SF (-10°) freezer, an 18,000 SF (34°) dry dock, a 14,000 SF (34°) wet dock, 7,400 SF (0°) de-space, machine room and other support spaces. The building has a clear height of 55’ with insulated metal walls and conventional steel frame.
