The Park at 74 site is 1,000 AC with up to 1,200,000 SF insulated precast concrete wall panels. TDG provided Architecture, Civil, and Structural Engineering and tenant upfit design for Ardagh. We provided Architecture and Structural Engineering for the speculative shell building and tenant upfit for USTC.

Class A industrial facility adjacent to Interstate 85 in Concord just north of Charlotte, North Carolina. TDG provided Architectural and Structural Engineering design services for both shell buildings. We were also retained to design and permit the upfits. Currently the building has locations for Mitsubishi, KW, PickUp USA, and State Electric. The final two tenant spaces are leased and under construction. Building II is leased as a single tenant space for Amarr Commercial doors.
